On June 25, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Chinese Embassy to Libya Liu Jian met with Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies of Libya Khaled A.Bukhres in Tripoli.

Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Liu Jian stated that China-Libya relations have achieved significant progress in recent years. China is willing to enhance exchanges and cooperation with Libya in the field of diplomatic personnel training, support Libya in strengthening capacity building, and continuously enrich the substance of the bilateral strategic partnership.  

Director Khaled stated that Libya stands ready to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the diplomatic academies of the two countries, learn from China's successful experience in diplomatic personnel training, cultivate more professional diplomats, and elevate bilateral relations to new heights.
